Practicing leaps..... Good job Gracie.Welcome back to dance! I hope you all had a great holiday season. I, along with all the other teachers, would like to thank you all for the wonderful gifts we received. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness.
Just so you are all aware I will be out of town this week, 1/6 thru 1/13, if you have any questions just email me; I will be answering them at night. You can also ask the other teachers. There are substitutes for each class. I apologize for the inconvenient time (first week back), but my husband planned this according to the “cheapest” time to go not the most convenient!! For my Tuesday classes, I really apologize for missing the first 2 weeks (I assure you I have met with the sub and she is prepared to teach them the dances, etc). For those of you that are brand new, I am sorry I am not here to greet each of you.
If your costume for Christmas was a rental you need to return that as soon as possible. Please do not wash it I will have it cleaned. Also, the red cowboy hats need to be returned. Thank you!! (Dance team sequence dresses from the opening number, Tues 4:30 class, Tues 6:30, &Wed 5:30 your classes are the rental costumes)
Just a few reminders as we get the new year started:
· Tuition is due the first week of dance.
· Please wear appropriate clothing and SHOES to dance with all your hair pulled up out of your face.
· Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your children.
I will be ordering costumes this month so your costume fees will be due in February. I will let you know the exact price of your costume in a few weeks.
We WILL be having dance on Martin Luther King day.
Our Recital is June 1st, 2009, at the Sandy Amphitheater so mark you calendars.

Competitive Students…. Your costume and Competition fees are going to be due soon, get your tax returns in!!!j/k I will give you a break down of everything you owe, and any credits you may have from fundraisers etc before the month is over. You can pay either in a few installments or all at once.
