TIFFANY DANCE CO. MAY NEWSLETTER
Well this is our last newsletter for the 08/09 Dance year…. This year has gone by so fast! I want you all to know how much I have enjoyed teaching each of my students. Classes for next year are filling up so get your registration turned in soon. Those of you moving on we will miss you and wish you best of luck!!
Upcoming dates to remember- Friday May 29th is our performance at Southland elementary school. A line up with the address will come home the week before this performance. All Tuesday and Thursday classes will be performing at this event. Team girls I will send home a note with which dances will be performed at this.
Monday June 1st is our recital at the Sandy Amphitheater. We will have a rehearsal that same day. It is NOT a dress rehearsal, but please come in dance clothes with all your hair pulled out of your face and bring with you all appropriate dance shoes. The schedule will go as follows: We will begin with everyone at 10am and start with the finale. 10:30 to 11:00 will be all the pre-school classes. 11:00 to 12:00 will be all the elementary age non-team classes (this will include the mini team however). 12:00 until 2:30 will be all our team classes. This is an approximate schedule. We may go over please be prepared for that. Once you have practiced all of your dances you are free to go home. There will be no seat saving. We will clear out the amphitheater and open the doors back up at 6pm. The show starts at 7pm. All performers need to be there completely ready to go by 6:30pm. For the rehearsal please remember to bring a water bottle and sunscreen. In a few weeks we will send home invitations to the recital. It is free of charge so invite all your grandparents’ friends etc…. (You do need to pay your recital fee of $15 each)
June 5th is our performance at the Riverton Arts festival. All Wednesday classes (and Tuesday 5:30 class) are performing at this event. It is on Friday afternoon and I will send home more info as soon as I get it. Team girls I will send home a note also listing which dances will be performed at this.

All accounts need to be paid up to date for your child to perform in the recital. I have you as owing____________________________________________________________________. Please pay immediately or make arrangements with Tiffany. Thank you!!

We will be holding summer technique as well as technique and tumbling camps. Let me know if anyone is interested in this and I will give you the information.
